Start your tour visiting the popular Mercado No. 01 of Surquillo. There, you will know the corridors where the locals offer the best fruits and vegetables in the region.

This market is famous for offering fruits that we will hardly find in other parts of Lima. Taste typical fruits such as guanabana (custard apple), lucuma, chirimoya (soursop), tuna (cactus pear), among many others.

Get to know the traditional Pueblo Libre neighborhood and visit a very traditional tavern. Here, you will learn how to prepare the country's flag cocktail, the Pisco Sour. Enjoy a pleasant moment enjoying this cocktail with a delicious Lima sandwich.

Later, you will visit another colorful market, where you will tour its aisles and taste refreshing typical drinks such as chicha morada or chicha de jora. Have fun trying some options of dishes such as ceviche, "chanfainita", causa limeña, potatoes huancaina style, "chaufa amazonico", among others.
